Whether these are hurtful past or current roadblocks, you can receive nonjudgmental support in recognizing the issues, address any concerns, and develop ways to cope positively in order to thrive. Therapy also provides the space to identify any unhelpful patterns that may impair your relationships and mood or simply gives the opportunity to self-reflect leading to personal growth. It is conducive to healing and new beginnings.
